Hayward is a great instructor! I have been at TV-I for 2 years now and I believe he is the best instructor I have had. This class is informative and pretty easy if you have any experience with networking. He knows his stuff and is good at sharing that.

He Likes to joke a lot in class, he does repeat a lot of his info but I would reccomend taking him if you have to take this class. (CP176) for the more experienced computer user just getting pre requsites done he makes taking a dull class fun =)
