She knows her stuff, but does not do the best job teaching it. Loves making her students feel stupid. Be ready to hear the saying, "Nod your little heads" a million times when she teaches something the class something they don't understand, yet she doesn't care to stop. I passed her class, but would have taken another teacher if possible.

If you get stuck with Heather Jordon, you either spend the required 20 hrsweek to pass the class with a C or above or just drop. It's her way or the highway and she does not hold back on grading, not one bit. I spent most of the semester stressed out of my mind and barely got by with a D. Hardest class I have ever taken and you should just avoid.

I think she is probably one of the best calc two teachers. Just ask questions, participate in class, and attend class. The worksheets and homework problems are helpful only if you understand them, so make sure all your questions are answered by her. She is more than willing to meet with you and help you pass this difficult class.

Do not take her !! She doesn't teach..hands out sheets w a few example problems and has you figure them out within small groups and then move on to the 2 hours of homework she expects of you from each class. I had to drop her class even though I'm a math major !! Calc II material is far to hard to just figure out on your own .

Dr. Jordon is so smart. She is extremely organized. DO THE HOMEWORK AND MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT. There are frequent homework quizzes that are easy points if you have all the homework done. Don't forget to do the email questions. Those can be a pain because I almost forgot every time. She is really awesome and helpful. I'd take her again if I could.

Hey I think that she was a good instructor. You cant have everything spoon fed to you all the time. I believe that she is thorough and very nice. Shes kind of an up beat instructor also, pretty cool. Some of these higher level courses are a b*tch either way so I wouldnt always say that its the instructors fault. Very personable and willing to help.

Dr.Jordon is a joke.Skips all important material you need to know to study higher math.She wants the students to study their own things.If you don't know precalc don't bother taking this class.Makes you take an extra in-class test and that too right before the finals.Someone has given her a chilli for hotness(must have some delusion about hotness).

Ok, worst math teacher ever. She gives you 50 hw problems and tells you to go try them then come back the next class and horribly explains the material. Doesn't care bout her students and if you haven't taken a pre calc course she will hound you about it.Used to like math until I got her as a teacher.She constantly makes mistakes students correct

She gives quite a bit of homework and you have to do a project that isn't very fun, but overall she is a good teacher and tells you what you need to do. Plus she's friendly and knows when the class is lost and tries to help everyone understand. I'd take her over a lot of teachers.

she is very upbeat and very helpful, also easily liked even though she can be condicending sometimes. she is very intelligent and i loved taking her class. she is very fair but every now and then she will let you know she means buissness so dont expect a free ride. over all though highly recommended.
