If you don't learn well from reading a textbook the online class is not for you. Upon requesting help I was told to try to make sample quiz questions for myself, not sure how I can do that if the problem is that I don't understand the textbook. The Strobel essays are weekly but not hard. The online labs are really cool!

Dr. K is so fun to have in class. She loves the topics she teaches and clearly has a very impressive background of biology. Do not think that you can get by without taking notes in lecture. She makes powerpoints available to students but they don't have all the information on them for the exam. Be ready to pay attention in class and you'll be fine!

Dr. K is one of the most fun professors at this university. She's energetic and full of life, and she makes biology more enjoyable than it already is. She teaches well and her lectures are always intriguing and entertaining. I would highly recommend taking classes from this qualified and respected professor.

Dr. K is so much fun! You can tell she is super passionate about Cell Bio and her love for God is eminent. However, she can be very confusing. She spends the majority of lecture talking about stuff that wont be on the test, and the study guides she sends out don't cover everything! Open-ended tests are super easy, multiple choice ones aren't.

This professor tends to spend large amounts of time talking about interesting things that won't be on the exam, then races through the basic material that students will be tested on. The class isn't too hard, but don't expect to pick up everything you need to know in the lecture. It is a very fun class, though, and should keep you awake.

I adore Dr. K! She was so bubbly and enthusiastic all the time it was hard not to be interested in the material. I loved her made up words for stuff, like "boof." My only quibble is that lab could have been a bit more organized and the experiments explained more fully.
