Seems to be easygoing and flexible at first but will fail students on attendance alone regardless of quality of work. Assigned a lot of out of classroom work like required attendance at evening meetings. Syllabus contradicted itself. Only take if you can put up with the all knowing attitude. Plus side: not much reading and writing for an eng class.

I thought she was a great professor! I was nervous about Engl. 400, and the whole presentation thing, but it wasn't bad AT ALL! I did not find her a harsh grader as some said, I got 19/20's and 10/10's on papers. She is very willing to help, and is easy to talk to! Liked this class a lot! I Deffinately recommend her for Engl. 400

Very laid back as others have said and I learned a lot from her. However, while she gives a strict and clear rubric, she is a harsh grader. I followed each rubric precisely for both papers and got a 14/20 on each and got a C overall in her class.

Really boring topics, but it's not so bad with her. She's lets you choose your own research topic and is very willing to help you if you have any problems. Not my favorite class, but I'm taking her again next semester for 400.

So very helpful and really just a cool lady- I really really dug her...Not big on attendance for this particular class- Flexible and really easy to talk to- Wish I needed another course she taught because I'd definitely take her again.

She is the best professor I've had! She really makes you want to come to class. She is so helpfeul and open to ideas, and makes you understand how to be a bettr writer. It doesn't matter about the papers because you write about what you love.
