Comment:

Helpful when he's teaching one-on-one, but not so much when teaching a group. We mostly just did SAM projects and listened to him lecture from the textbook. He knows what he's talking about, and is available outside of class.

Heda is a sweet guy and frickin hilarious. Can you understand a word he says? No, you can't half the time but the man is funny if you do listen. Got Fs on all my exams, As on all homeworks and ended up with an A-. Idk why everyone he's him so much. He's a gem.

By far the worst professor I've ever had. I have NO idea how he got a job as a professor or still has it... I can't imagine why he's an educator period. It's like they brought a random person in to teach. He is hard to understand, he does not understand the material, he is rude and will evade answering any questions.

Comment:

Samimi is a nice guy, but is too smart to bring the material into layman's terms. If asked a question, he will literally take 20 minutes to beat around the question before kind of answering it. The assignments are easy, but the final two projects are impossible if you do not already know how to code. Do not take if you have no prior experience.

He was absolutely boring, and taught me nothing I did not already know. However, he did assign online exams that could be taken as many times as needed until you got the grade you wanted. I never opened the book, and aced every assignment. He was lame, but easy in my opinion.

Horrible professor!!! I can not understand a word he says. He is very rude. He makes his lectures so boring and most of the class would end up asleep before class was over. I would rather stick a fork in my eye then have to sit through his oh so boring classes. And again very hard to understand!!!!!

Well where to start.. Nice guy. Class is a bit hard but the biggest thing is that you can't understand a word he says. Tests are also confused and very rarely does he ever lecture on any of the material.
