Took her work experience class. Would have been an easy A like she said, had not my boss graded me really harshly. Heidi herself is very kind/friendly, helpful, and makes the class EASY to pass. Just make sure your boss (or whoever scores you on your objectives) will be lenient/not really care and just grade you well.

Overall a decent teacher. She gave out some very hefty assignments and did not respond too quickly to emails, but she did bring a lot of experience to the table which helped out with the course a ton. Though I feel that I learned more about the Anvil Centre than I did about the course topic.

Easy as pie. If you have some background with Word it will be a brush up. She is very nice and approachable. If you need she has lots of lab hours when you can stop in for help.

I have had this instructor for a number of courses. She is the best, no nonsense instructor in the program. You better be ready for class because she moves forward every session. I also like her because she expects you to be prepared and doesn't hold up the whole class if someone hasn't done their pre-class prep.
