I loved this class. Dr. Szpek is engaging & very knowledgeable. Took her for Sacred Texts, & did not have to sit down & read enlessly every night. She only requires u to read certain passages & only a reasonable amt. An easy writing credit. She is not too picky about writing style & actually gives feedback. Just b sure 2 show up 2 class every day.

Dr. Spzek is a great teacher. She's enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable, especially when you're reading the Hebrew Bible. Lots of essays, but it's a writing course.She's a fair grader, and answers all questions to the best of her ability. Great teacher all around.

Took a couple classes with her and they were all amazing. Her Holocaust courses really challenged my previous perspectives on that time period. One of the best teachers on campus. I can't recommend her enough.
