Comment:

Dr. Robbins is such a nice person. She truly wants you to become the best teacher you possibly can be. She loves what she does and she is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is an education major. She is very reasonable and compassionate. She understands when issues arise and does her best to help you.

Dr. Robbins is a great professor. She knows the material extremely well and she is great at teaching. She is one of the nicest professors I've ever had. She really wants to make you a better teacher and she is more than willing to help you if you ask. She is very caring, and reasonable about what she expects of you.

Course by Appt. met once a week, three times a month. Mainly online but assigned two papers and one or two projects. All tests are take home. the last test is not cumulative but it's in class and open book. I don't know how it is in a regular classroom setting but there were three of us in my class. Things got personal but we all felt comfortable.

Comment:

Dr. Robbins is a good teacher but I disagree with certain things. She discourages people from being a teacher rather than encouraging them. No professor should ever crush a student's dreams and make them want to give up. The correct thing to do is tell students they will have to work hard to be a teacher and improve upon certain things.

What a woman! Her classes were so dynamic, I wish all my classes were as engaging and fascinating as hers. She is an expert teacher and she models for her students. Dr. Robbins is pleasant and disarming, no need to fear her. She wants to help her students. I really LOVE her and chance are you will too!

Seems pleasant at first, but she is devious. Is biased against attractive people, tries to trip you up if she doesn't like you. Makes judgment calls on who she feels will be a good teacher (never the right thing in teacher ed). Skip this one if you can
