Comment:

Dr. Roybark is one of a kind. She cares so deeply about her students, even the ones that she hardly knows, that sometimes I think it can put students off. Understand that if you treat her with respect and thus earn hers, you will have one of the most caring and loyal professors in your corner. Take your projects to get checked!

Dr. Roybark probably is the best professor I've ever had at RU. As long as you show up to class, do the homework, and participate in the lectures, you will be fine. She's very knowledgeable about the material and will give you everything you need to be successful in the class. If you end up failing, it's your own fault.

Her personality is dependent on the day and totally effects how the class goes. alway very vocal and in your face though. Shes a cheerleader or comedian one day and a drill Sargent or mean football coach the next. class can be quick and hard to keep up with although if you can then she know her stuff. Test and actual outside work is not bad though.

Mrs. Roybark on someday's is a very nice and careful teacher and on most days is a very aggressive and irrational professor. Lets no talking in class even if about accounting.

Mrs. Roybark is a very straightforward woman, I personally enjoyed her class because of how simple she made Accounting 212. She does ramble on, but, besides that if you actually try in her class its passable.

Helen is really an awful professor... She seems to know a lot about counting but she is just awful at teaching, plain and simple. She talks about actual accounting maybe 25% of the class time. I'm starting to lose hope in Radford in picking quality professors honestly...

Dr. Royabrk is a wonderful person with a big heart, that being said I think its time for someone new to take the reins in auditing. Dr. Roybark struggles to stay on topic in class and when clarification is requested on topics her answers will go off into a tangent about a personal life stories.

Best accounting professor at Radford. She is one of the greatest individuals i've had the pleasure of meeting in my life. She will be there for you for class problems or even personal problems. Take her class as soon as you can. She does give difficult exams but her class is very passable as long as you show up and pay attention.

THE best accounting professor at Radford University. Information Systems is probably the most useful class in the accounting major. Dr. Roybark cares about you, she lets you know and she really does invest in your education. She is a little crazy but in a good way. She is happy, she is a great person. You want her as your friend.

She is mildly difficult. She is willing to work with students but it takes a while. If you go to see her in the office plan on being there for at least 45 minutes. She can be rude but be respectful and she will help you out when it comes down to it. Not a very fun class.

Dr. Roybark is great! Never a dull moment. She always cracks jokes and some of em get the class rolling. Shes a lil crazy but that makes it fun. GOTO HER SUNDAY NIGHT TEST REVIEWS! Btw First Accounting class I've taken. At first it's overwhelming if you don't know what an Asset Liability Equity Credit or Debit is. Learn quick or you'll get dusted.

She goes on tangents and doesnt remember why sometimes. Class is nothing but going over problems in the book. she'll spend an entire class on 3 problems from one HW. Her tests are hard but she gives a TON of extra credit and even some second chances at better exam grades. TOUGH teacher

Dr. Roybark is a great professor. Each test has a take home portion and she grades everyone very fairly. She is always available for help. Although she is a bit quirky and out there she is fun and informative. If you plan on learning something, I strongly suggest you take her class. WebCT quizzes are straight from the book.

her class is really hard. shes a good person, and she does care about her students...but her class is just too hard. she also makes you type all of your assignments, print two copies, and you have to type out the questions too. it doesnt sound very tedious, but it gets annoying. if you can take chase.

She is an awesome teacher. This class really isnt that hard. Each test comes w/ a study guide that tells you exactly what is on the test. I was a horrible student and only showed up for about 15% of the classes, and I still did ok in the class. She is always willing to help and cares a lot about each student. I would def. recommend taking her.

Dr. Roybark expects a lot out of each student because this is one of the last Accounting classes that you will take before graduating. You HAVE to read the book!!! You need to show up to class and prepare for class activities if you want a good grade. Her tests are hard but just read the chapters twice and study the lecture notes & you'll be fine!
