Everyone will tell you that he's terrible but if you just take good notes and make sure you know what your talking about when he calls on you in class you wont have a problem. Grading is a bias-ish but that's just b/c he knows there's a lot of old tests out there so make sure you go to class everyday so he knows who you are. VERY good economist.

He is tough... but you should be fine as long as you turn all homeworks in... on time. Grading is a little shady and his ideas are a bit far fetched, but he is very intelligent. Definately grab a copy of old tests!!
