Comment:

To be honest, you have to try to not get an A in this class. Ms. Payne is very sweet but she is not the most involved professor. If I ever got an e-mail response from her it took several days. The quizzes barely come from the PowerPoints (basically your textbook). SIMNET assignments are really easy but I felt I didn't learn much in this class.

I would suggest taking another professor if you have the opportunity. I took her online CIS class and It wasn't bad but I never got a response from her. I emiled her multiple times with questions and never heard from her. I even went to the dean to try to get a response from her. nothing....

The assignments were a little confusing but she always answered her emails really quickly to answer any questions. She was super nice and the class was easy.

This was one of the easiest classes I've ever taken. It is definitely an easy A. Even if you aren't good with computers, the program used is easy to follow and gives step by step instructions. If you're ever confused on something email Professor Payne. She replies fast and is really helpful. The syllabus shows the layout of the class. Take her!!

Mrs Payne is amazing! I took the course online to fulfill my math credit (as I am not good at math) and the class was so structured and planned out. The hardest part for me was learning code for two projects, but your lowest assignment grade is dropped so it all evens out. Got an A on my first math related course! TAKE HER! So kind & caring

This professor is great! I learned a lot, and she is so straightforward at communicating what she's looking for- something that a lot of professors need to learn to do. She genuinely cares about each of her students. Her e-mail replies are so nice and personal rather than dry or rude.

TAKE HER! I took her class online, and it was easy & had a lot of information in it. Always email her if you dont understand something, shes always willing to help! I got the textbook, but I didnt need it for the class itself. I did use it on the midterm. Just do the work and youll more than likely end up with an A!

Online classes are already pretty easy but this one cant get any better. Only one proctored test but its open notes. All the quizzes are online. Shes super helpful if you have questions and replies pretty quickly to emails.

Prof. Payne is amazing. She provides PowerPoints with and without video lectures for each chapter. Some weeks are more assignment-heavy, but she gives you some extra time to complete those. I took CSCI 1250 online but would love to take another of Prof. Payne's classes on campus for the opportunity to meet her and experience her lectures in person.

If all teachers were as caring as Holly Payne, the world would be a better place. Most of my teachers are so power hungry. She is a wonderful and caring person that truly loves her students, and is an exceptional teacher. She knows things happen and sometimes people can't get homework in on time. She allows for this! Love her!!!

This professor is awesome! I took the course online, but everything was laid out perfectly. There is no reason anybody couldn't make an A in this class. She is quick to reply to emails. She does get her test questions from the book, so you will need it. Questions from quizzes make up midterm. Easy A, great professor!

Easiest class i've ever taken in my life. I took it online. Everything is done through simnet. There isn't a due date for the assignments. You could wait until the last day of class and do everything and not get any points taken off. She drops the lowest assignment grade and project grade. I made a 99 in this class.

Ms. Payne is unbelievably wonderful. I am the worst student ever, and waited until the last minute to do every single assignment, and she was extremely gracious when she graded my assignments, and not only that, but because of the way the class is structured, I still learned a lot. She's an incredible professor with a really beautiful soul.

Easiest class I have taken. Online. You need the Microsoft Office Introductory textbook but not the other one. She seems super nice and was always available to help. I would like to take her for in class. Just do the assignments which are all easy, just time consuming and definite A+. Never received below a 97. TAKE HER.

About 10 computer assignments to complete, but she gives very detailed instructions, which made them easier. Weekly quizzes that come from the powerpoints that you can retake the same day if you don't do well the first time. 2 tests, which are questions from the quizzes. She drops the lowest grade for projects. Just try and you will do well.
