I took Mr. Holman for Eng Comp 1 and Eng Comp 2. He expects you to do you work and be in class. He is a tough teacher but a good one at that. If you need help he will be there to help you. He is not afraid to call you out in front of the class though.

Had him for both English 1 and 2. Not an easy class if your lazy. He wants papers, papers, papers every assignment is another essay. Attendance is important and lateness is not tolerated he will call you out on it in front of the class without hesitation. Oklahoma History online is tough, and Mr Holman is a very tough and expecting teacher. With that said, he makes his expectations very clear and has little surprises. He is very responsive to email and willing to help those who ask. I would recommend him to anyone willing to learn, but no one looking for an easy A. Over 1100 possible points.

GREAT TEACHER!!! He is a very very hard teacher that expects things from his students. If you don't wanna do the work, don't get his class, but all aside he is a wonderful teacher! Very understanding with conflicts of schedule, but don't try to play him, he knows if he's being bs'd or if it's a real reason you can't be there.

i do not like this teacher, and the way he teaches. His communication ethics are horrible, very unclear what he wants the class to do. He says he wants you to argue your point, but he comes back at it.
