The class itself is beyond boring and he is so old. He tries to make jokes during class but no one listens to him anyway. There are 3 tests and they are all extremely easy and no studying needed, a couple of HW assignments that are easy and thats all he grades you on. Attendance is mandatory, i didn't learn one thing about finance but an easy A.

By far the worst professor at Bryant. How this man is employed by any university is totally beyond me. The only way I learned anything was by reading the book; he was utterly useless. If you bother to open the book once or twice and you're not a total idiot you'll get an A. Even if you are a complete idiot it is impossible to fail.

If you want to be completely and utterly bored while learning nothing, then cool - take this class. If you actually want to learn and have a chance at understanding what you are doing, don't. The only good thing about this class is he scales a ton and will help you during office hours.

Very nice guy. He has very corny jokes that he reuses in every class. Teaches straight from the book. Curves tests. Doesn't always take attendence. You can use your laptops in class. Exams are straitforward

This class was a waste of time. Exams were 50 multiple choice questions, but the questions he asked weren't in the book and he did not go over the material in class. You do not need to waste time reading or studying for the exams. I failed all the exams and got an A- in the class because of scaling. Without scaling the whole class would have failed

OH MY GOD BEST TEACHER EVER! Tests are very straightforward.. elementary math based. Short answers very easy. Curves when needed, if you want an A, TAKE THIS COURSE

To most people, the topic itself is not interesting. He is a nice prof. Some corny jokes here and there, but is really nice and willing to help out students. Do your homework and show up for classes, you will be fine. Exams are a lot like hw, except for the short answer questions.

1 nicest profs @ BU. Lots hard homework w/ li'l guidance how 2 solve problems. Bk horrible (no instns how 2 solve probs) try 2 find ansr key online (might help). Tests R 5 q's w/3 direct fm hwk & 2 "essay". Vy generous w/grades. Hand in all hmwk wethr u finish it or not & atnd all class u do fine. "Jokes" r 1963-1978 US pop culture references.

Li is an awesome guy. This class is an easy B but a hard A. However, class itself is VERY VERY boring so bring your laptop. 3 Tests, HW, and attendance makes up your final grade.

Great professor. He knows his stuff better than another other Finance Prof I've had here so far. Dry sense of humor, but if you don't laugh at the joke you'll laught at how stupid it was. Gives occassional HW, and tests are not hard. His english is not THAT bad at all, I understand just about every word he says. Good at explaining things though.

This was my second class with him. both same style, this Class was pretty easy. he takes attendence and collects occasional hw, but tests are 5 questions and easy (because of curve). you should be good if you go to class most of the time and dont fall asleep.

Dr. Li is one of the best professors I've had at Bryant, going way back. I've had the opportunity to be his student several times, and I've gained from each class I've taken - both at the undergrad and grad level. Very lenient if you extend him some courtesy. Nice man and very knowledgeable.
