Out of all my years in school, Hugh was the best instructor i have ever had. He makes class interesting and has tons of knowledge on the subjects he is teaching. He is very approachable and will go the extra mile to help his students. Like past posters have said dont talk when he is talking. He made me want to go to class.

I had him for Effective Pres, Crisis Intervention, and Police Admin. Very entertaining instructor. I've learned so much from him and miss his classes greatly. Word of advice, don't make him mad, and don't talk when he's talking. You'll regret it.

Hugh Richards is the most talented teacher at LCC. It's an absolute pleasure to attend class when Hugh is teaching. Very clear with the expectations in class, and outside of class. Makes a true effort to get to know you outside the 1 hour in class. Class act and fantastic instructor. If you haven't had Hugh, do everything and anything to get him.
