His lectures are hella boring. He has an eagle eye of catching students with their phones out and falling asleep. During his lectures, you can barely hear him. When he posts the slides on canvas, you are required to know how to get the solutions. Another thing, his grading on both quizzes and exams are extreme hardcore strict. Be prepared.

Lectures were slides from the publisher and examples worked on in class were simpler than HW leaving students out to dry on the difficult problems. The worst part was definitely the offensive amount of HW given each week. I took the class again with another professor and got a B with basic effort. With him, it was max effort for a D until dropping

Miskioglu is quiet and a little on the boring side, but his lectures are clear and straight to the point. Statics is a hard class, so make sure you stay up to date on the homework (or else you're in for a rough time).

You can tell he knows the material, except he doesn't present the information in a way easy for students to learn from. His hand writing in very difficult to read and he doesn't speak clearly. Tests and quizzes are harder then expected, every time. I have had the correct answer on quizzes and still lost points.

Scored AB in Digital Signal Processing(One of the toughest course in tech) and flunked this course with Prof. Miskioglu. His teaching is not structured and very unclear. He has vast syllabus of 1000 pgs book plus his notes plus lab work for tests. Hence it becomes highly impossible to complete his expectations. Tough grader and exams are v. diff.

Horrible professor. Doesn't know how to teach at all. Very hard grader. Toughest exams I have ever faced. Makes your semester horrible. Makes sure students dont score above 50%. He doesnt curve even if the entire class fails.

I found this class to be difficult because I haven't taken linear algebra yet... Thankfully Dr. Miskioglu has plenty of office hours and he'll find a way to explain concepts to you so you understand them. Hardest part of this class was staying on top of the homework due Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Do the homework, ask questions, & you'll be fine.

I am currently re-taking statics with a different professor and have gotten A's on both exams so far. He is a very hard grader and didn't give partial credit where it was deserved. Also, he is quiet during class, rushes through examples, and has extremely sloppy handwriting so students have to teach themselves all of the material.

Ibrahim was a great professor for Statics. Make sure you draw your free body diagrams correctly or you will get a zero for the problem. Generous with partial credit. VERY helpful in office hours, and he has a lot of varied office hours so anyone can come. Sit in the front, his voice is very quiet. Print the lecture slides and bring them to class.

Very quiet so sit near the front of the class for the best lecture. Be prepared for relatively easy weekly quizzes, but tough exams. An extremely fair grader and very helpful.

Not the best Statics teacher out there, but not the worst. He's helpful during office hours and makes sure you have the resources to succeed. His tests and quizzes were easy - much easier than the homework. Despite some reviews, I think the textbook, not the teacher, made this class more difficult than it had to be.

I had him for statics. If you are a good student and pay attention in class and do your work you will get an A. If you slack off and skip homework then you won't pass. He is tough but this is engineering. everything is tough. He goes through a lot of examples in class at a fast pace but at least you get a good idea of what will be on the exams.

Take this class from any other professor. He rushes through examples during class, making it nearly impossible to process the information. Exams and quizzes are ridiculously hard, covering types of questions that haven't been gone over in class and aren't in the book anywhere. He gives an absolutely unbelievable amount of homework as well.

Had Ibrahim for Statics. This guy was obviously very smart, but not a good teacher. All his class material was copied straight from the book, making it almost pointless to go to class. He was hard to understand and rushed through the examples. I did well in his class, but I had to learn everything on my own, lecture was USELESS

Stay away from this teacher. Grades impossibly hard. You can get the right answer on a quiz and still get 2/10. Talks quiet in class and gives alot of homework that is all graded. Exams are not like the homework and the exams are also graded very hard. Friends have him as enterprise advisor and they say he is just as bad there too.
