Had him for a year and 1/2. Great Teacher! Yes he is tough sometimes but thats programming. I didn't know anything before now I am can write programs in c++, Java, applets and JSP. You will learn from him and that is key if you are a CIS major.undergrad or graduate student.

Prof. Levine tries to teach, but fails at making his lessons clear. HE ASSUMES THAT EVERYONE HAS PREVIOUS CIS EXPERIENCE. The group projects he assigns DO NOT have proper DIRECTIONS. While the class material is easy enough,HE makes the class very difficult and confusing because he lacks direction.
