Comment:

Ahn is a tough teacher and does not give out A's easily. Be prepared to work extremely hard in his class. I highly recommend visiting his office for help with problems. He is more than willing to work out problems for you as long as you put in the effort to show up. Class is fast paced but he has a great sense of humor.

This was definitely my hardest class this semester. That is a combination due to hard concepts and also the teaching abilities of Dr. Ahn. In lecture, be prepared to be lost. He moves very fast and the material is difficult. His tests are really difficult and the class average is usually relatively low. With that being said, he does curve.

Very hard to understand. Very unprofessional. Did not enjoy the class at all. Thought a 71 average on a test was to high and needed to be lower.

Dr. Ahn moves fast, but uses that extra time to give examples. Probably one of the best teachers overall in th EE department, as long as you always pay attention in class and keep up on the work it's not that hard.

Dr. Ahn is an excellent teacher, he explains concepts very well and provides useful examples. VERY smart. Moves fast at times but will slow down or explain again if you ask questions. Fun, great sense of humor. Tests are reasonable. Provides handouts that are quite useful when studying.

A really nice guy but the language barrier is a bit much to take. I had never had C++ before and if my friends in other classes didn't help me I would have failed for sure. I got mostly Bs and ended up with an A in the class. Go to him for help!
