Can be entertaining, but going to class begins to feel tedious because you never actually learn material in class, just talk about todays issues. Yet attendance is still mandatory. Grade is based on a couple easy tests and a few essays, make sure to do them ALL to pass the class. Even missing one can result in failure.

His class is pretty easy. It's kinda fun. He gives you study guides before each test and the papers you write are basically just based on your opinion. Honestly if you just try, you should be okay.

he likes to go off topic and just have class "discussion" on certain subjects and they're engaging and fun to have but after a while, you just hope that he goes back to the lecture. All you have to do is memorize study guides as they are the same questions that are going to be in the tests and just do all the essays and you should be fine.

he only gave 4 pages of hw which is basically writing what your thoughts were on a chapter book he assigned for reading. besides the 4 reflection papers their isn't homework. If u have an A you don't have to take the final. by far easiest A ever. he gives study guides before each exam (3) and you just have to memorize the answers and ull be fine

I recommend him. He is an easy A. He is passionate about history and do the extra credit and only 4 papers. If you get an A you don't have to do the final. Show up and try and you will pass. I would definitely take his class again.

I took this professor over the summer and had a general idea because of feedback and it turns out they were right. If you do all the essays(don't have to be specific, just lengthy), then you should get an A.

Professor Kimbrough is not your average professor. His lecturing style is different than what i'm used to. Instead of just having a full lecture, he likes to touch on certain subjects, and relates the material to current events. Likes to play movies. There is a Lot of writing, but fair grader. Very approchachable. Great class for GE requirements.

If you want the easiest A of your college career, this class is for you. You don't need to read the textbook, pay attention in class, or even engage in discussion. All you have to do is memorize the answers for the tests he gives you (all multiple choice) and you'll get your A. If you actually want to learn history, take another class.

Attendance is important, lectures are very interesting, he makes the class go by fast. Movies are very interesting and HW assignments are mainly Essays (very easy topics). DO THE EXTRA CREDIT!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!! Easy class overall!

Always had another professor in attendance for exams. Didn't respond to any emails. Was usually unavailable during office hours. Take someone else if you actually want to learn something about a history class, but if you just want an easy path to a passing grade, by all means take his classes.

Show up to class, learn and do the work. He gives exams which you can take home, a lot of writing. Easy grader. Great lectures. "Do the extra credit!". Watch a few films and then write an essay on it. Easy class as long as you turn in your work and extra credit, guaranteed an A!

No tests, only papers. Easy grader. Extra credit weekly. If you do all the extra credit and have an A in the class, he'll excuse you from the final. He tries to make history relevant. Most classes are spent watching movies or shows or just talking about current events. He lets you out early most days. Definitely not a traditional teacher.

He's a pretty decent teacher. He certainly knows his stuff. He's very inspirational and you can tell he wants the best for the nation, as he tries to inspire students, the future of America. He also actually tries to get to know the class to deliver the knowledge more effectively.

Took his class over the summer. Very easy A. Grades were just based on essays, which are all done at home. However, if you're looking to learn about history I would suggest taking it with another professor. All we did in class were either lectures or watched movies. If you are just taking it for G.E. requirements, then he's the professor for you

Professor Kimbrough is easy going and laid back. If you just need to get through a history class he's the one to take. If youre looking to learn more about History, pick someone else. I think we talked about food more than anything. Gives out extra credit weekly. Do them all and you wont have to take the final.
