If you follow directions exactly as he says and contact him ahead of time with any questions you will ace the online class. I submitting something wrong after he continuously told the class to be sure we submit it right, I received a zero. But after emailing him I received partial credit. He is understanding but a bit of a stickler for directions.

Dr. Wallace is seriously the best professor I know! He is super sweet, kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable! Quizzes are easy and assignments are fun. Great guy and adviser. He looks out for his students. Please take him! He is great!!

Dr. Wallace is a very smart professor and really knows his stuff. There are a lot of videos involved in his class. Be prepared to be mindful of the video parameters (lighting, length, audio level) and you will do fine. My video didn't load correctly once and he gave me a chance to re send it. Great teacher and I got an A.

Yes, the students that are giving Dr. Wallace a bad rap have no clue what they're talking about. Dr. Wallace is very approacable, respectful, mindful, and knows very well the subject matter in which he is teaching. Try paying attention, going to class and applying yourself and you just may see Dr. Wallace is a good professor.....

Made nothing but 100's on the exams and quizzes taken. Had to do a hardware and software video report and didn't pass either one. Professor gave no feedback except for poor lighting and that the videos I submitted were not good. Complete garbage.

Tested out of a 2yr old version of the text while we were required to buy the newest. 50 questions in 60min on 7 chapters worth of material. Not fair. Not helpful. Absolutely NO feedback and rude when asked for it. Unapproachable. I do NOT recommend. :-(

Dr. Wallace is a very intelligent man that knows a lot about his field. I've noticed that many of the people that have posted negative comments don't even know how to spell. He has a great sense of humor and is fair to those that deserve it. Maybe if you show some initiative he will respond in the way you hope.

Dr. Wallace is not a very good instructor. He gives quizzes that we have not even got to yet. They are usually 2 or 3 chapters before we do them. He is no help or don't reapply to emails. He thinks he is the only person that knows anything about computers. I hope I don't every have to take him again.

When you email him, and have important questions-dont expect for him to email you back. He doesnt read his emails, will only respond to the 1st sentence in your email. Dont write long emails, and write a bunch, and just keep resending them.This is huge pain,and irritates ALL his students.
