Awesome teacher! I enjoyed his class which was very easy if you did the work.. and why wouldn't you? The work just gets you ready for the test. I aced all tests in his class and had a lot of fun talking to him and learning. Lots of extra credit available.

Cruz is a good teacher, certainly one of the best I've had so far. He's young so he can relate to our age group a lot easier than other professors here. I recommend taking his class even if you aren't a Sociology major. I recommend going to the study groups though.

For an EASY A, this is the class for you. Final exam is take home and he drops the lowest test grade. Show up for every class - that's 20% right there. You have to be a total idiot to get below a B. . .seriously!

Great teacher. While his writing is hard to read, he repeats anything worth writing down several times. Tests that are easy if you know the material, or paid attention in class. Assignments that are easy to complete in time. Was one of my better classes all year.

I HEART DR. CRUZ...join the sociology club too, they go out for dinner and everyone is really nice. He really knows his subject and is interested in pop culture, which makes it more appealing to his younger students. Do the extra credit.
