Professor Epperson is an incredible teacher. I am really sorry to hear that he is leaving us. He will be impossible to replace. He is so knowledgeable in so many areas including accounting, real estate, finance, etc. I have learned so much from him in these two classes. I look foward to using what I've learned in the real world.

He is a very good teacher. I really enjoyed class. The tests were very challenging but made me study the material a lot. If you are at all interested in Real Estate you want to take this class..you will LEARN A LOT... Bottom line.. he is a brilliant professor that wants to share his knowledge with his students... TAKE HIM!!!!

Mr.Epperson is one of the best professors I have had in my 4 years at Auburn. I have really enjoyed both real estate classes I have taken from him. I have learned a lot about real estate and other areas of business that he knows a whole lot about. Everyone should try and get him at least once while they are at Auburn. GREAT PROF!!!!!

This was probably the most disorganized class I have ever been in. I never really knew what was going on. He is a HORRIBLE instructor, and I still have no idea where he gets his grades from. If you are a hot girl and flirt with him, you should get an A...otherwise, who knows!

Horrible teacher. Pulls grades out of his ass. If he likes you, you will get an A. I had straight A's except had B in his class. Was there almost every day but still had a bad attendence grade for some reason. If you are a girl you can probably get and A or a dumb-ass frat boy.

Learn NOTHING under this professor. Real Estate is an interesting subject with a lot involved beyond the basics. This professor is a JOKE when it comes to ORGANIZATION and TEACHING material. HE GIVES YOU THE CREEPS too! You never know where you truly stand in the class b/c he isn't good w/ accurate feedback even if you go by his office.

VERY UNORGANIZED! Doesn't even set the lectures up clear and adequately. You want learn much-if anything under this porfessor unless you venture out on your own with things. He doesn't give feedback to students very well, so you rarely know where you stand in the class. If you're a female-get ready to have the creeps in his class.
