Such a nice guy but not a good math teacher. Took him for pre calc and it felt like I was in a physics class all semester. Gave me a much higher grade than I deserved though so I appreciate him.

The material is difficult, but if you are there and you do the homework with your lab group, it's easy. McMillan tries to help you understand, but it is still confusing. On top of that, the equipment we needed for our experiments were usually not working very well. This made it even more difficult to understand.

These is something people misinterpret about McMillan, he enjoys proofs. Yes he is originally our physics professor, but his teaching of math is showing the proof to something. My boyfriend explained that to me half way through the semester and then I began to understand him. So he is a good prof, just ask for examples to know application.

The class material is difficult and he wants to make sure that you completely understand everything. This means that he will repeat the same lecture multiple times. He cares though and the tests are not too hard. The homework was much harder than the tests.

He doesn't give tests which goes all the way back to the beginning but he makes a lot of work more confusing than it really needs to be. Once in a while he will try to throw in a joke that is not really funny but funny to him.

This guy is awesome! When you go to his class, you will see that he is "very intelligent" in the subject and at times his lectures will seem confusing, but he tries his best to make sure his students understand. Sometimes, you will find him laughing at his scientific jokes that don't make sense, but you'd laugh anyways since it doesn't make sense!

He is very kind, helpful and tries to keep the mood a fun one. Very intelligent; he knows his stuff to a T! As long as you pay attention, you'll ace the class. I really liked that his intro to physics was more of an overview (we didn't have to memorize formulas and do problems). He's great! :)

very nice teacher :D easy grader. i used to just skim chapter before mini test and pass it. as long as you show you care, he cares. did not attend class a few times, still cake. able to make up assignments.

Really nice guy who looks like what a science teacher should. He knows and likes the topics he goes over. Has a tendency to drop bad jokes like pop tarts left in the toaster too long, and i bet he'll laugh at them every time before anyone else. I enjoyed his class.

He's your typical science professor from the glasses and comb over to laughing at his own jokes. But he knows his stuff and doesn't need notes or books to teach. 10 hw assignments, 10 quizes, and 3 tests and you're done. Really easy.

Obviously a very smart but his class is EXTREMELY boring. Good thing is it's easy. Just read the chapters before quizzes, which R 5Q each. Exams a bit difficult-memorize & know how 2 solve problems. Also, kinda odd...laughs at own lame jokes and stuff lol. Stay on good side & he'll "be nice"
