She is a wonderful teacher. She does reference astrophysics a lot, but she is an astronomer. If you're in 111 you should expect a slightly more difficult class since you're going to be a physics/engineer major, but that's just because you should be taking it more seriously. If you do the readings and pay attention, you'll be fine.

Very much so turned me away from physics. Acts like you should know what you're talking about, but in fact we don't.. that's why we're in an entry level class. Grades harshly and makes you feel like it should be super easy to get a grade. Must spend 24/7/365 to get any good grade. Did I mention her "good grade" is a C? Good luck.

Nice lady. Uses the textbook for everything except what's on the test. The homework quizzes, which you'll get every night, come straight out of the textbook for the most part. The tests are a different story, however. They do not correlate with anything discussed in class, homeworks, etc. This class should be called astrophysics. Must go to class.

She makes fun of students she doesn't like. She tells you to read the text instead of helping you. She doesn't believe in cascade errors and looks to take off as many points as possible, she makes the class harder than it should with her absurd grading style.She wants her test averages to be in the C range although it makes up 44% of the grade.

Very upbeat and fun. Makes it so I don't fall asleep in class. I wouldn't say she makes Physics easy... because I do not enjoy Physics as a subject much, but she definitely makes it easier to learn than some teachers would! I really like having her, and like her crazy personality.

She's a really nice and sweet woman, but I didn't like her as a professor at all. I didn't learn much. She teaches verbatim from the textbook. Material is easy but the tests were difficult. To make matters worse- she upped the difficulty of the 2nd & 3rd tests after the class did well on the first one...far too much work for a 101 clas

Effort pays off in Prof Milingo's class, which is not always the case with other professors. She is a total babe and a fun lecturer. I never took physics before, yet she made it seem easy. I highly recommend her class.

She is aweful. Does not know anything about Astonomy in general, only knows her field. She is obviously here for free research. Imposed a no email rule because she is too lazy to write back. Accuses you of lying before you do it. Offers no flexability on exam changes. Not to mention she is a wierdo with no people skills or commen sense.
