Xu missed the best teacher Xavier ever had. He was the best teacher in the XMBA program. Ha has unbelievable communication skills and always brought his research and hummer to the class.

Loved his class. I learned something, he communicated clearly, and he has a passion for teaching. Very very dry sense of humor which you get glimpses of from time to time. I normally can find some critique, but for Jamal I have nothing but praise

What can I say about Jamal that hasn't been said? Nice guy, clearly more at home at the MBA level. Class is very cut and dry: three exams, no HW, no attendance, textbook is better than Ambien for a deep sleep. He bases a lot of material on accounting work, so be prepared to know formulas for the first test.

first econ class i've ever enjoyed - and i've taken a ton of them as an undergrad. definitely not an easy A but with some effort it is doable. jamal is a passionate teacher and you can tell he loves his subject - it translates to the interest level of the students. thanks dr. rashed!

Dr. Rashed definitely keeps your attention and makes class go fast. He is passionate about economics and makes the material very interesting. My only quibble is that the tests (multiple choice) are pretty difficult. However, I learned an incredible amount and would take him again.

Rashed was an awesome prof. Usually teaches grad, so his undergrad appearances are few in number. Had him for a summer 2 week session, which was very intensive. You can tell he loves teaching. Has a great deal of patience, but if you're not going to get the material at all, forget about it. Very positive experience.
