Great Teacher. He really does know how to make a student feel more at ease about the subject being taught. Hands down the nicest teacher I had at PUC. He enjoys to see his students pass so he does whatever he can. If you are serious about your school work, you will pass.

Ugh. He attempts to show a caring side but comes off arrogant and self-important. Comm careers class is all about people he knows; in copy editing we never edited any copy. Tests are simple if you can memorize, but don't ever hope to learn anything. Speeches? - forget constructive criticism. It's about making 'em feel good, not helping

I took my first PUC class from this guy...very caring and motivating...has a knack for making people feel special and is attentive to needs and feelings of all students which many teachers don't understand.:)

Dr. Chase is a kind and friendly man. However his teaching style results mainly in just frantic memorization right before taking any tests. The reading material seems out of date, and the format of the class feels very traditional. I'd love to see more up-to-date materials used in his classes.
