Tom was an amazing instructor. Funny and engaging and well respected by everyone. Great at inspiring substantive class discussions and presentations. Would take again if he hadn't moved on to bigger and better things. We'll miss you!

I loved this class. English was never my subject but Fox made class entertaining, and made it clear enough that everyone was on the same page. He gives everyone good grades unless you completely didn't do the assignment and I would recommend this class to anyone. Easy A.

Such a easy class!!! The professor is so cool and easy going! If you didn't finish an essay or paper, he'll let you off the hook and give you a few more days to finish it. He's very understanding and again, very easy class!!! Everyone passes that class with an A or B. I totally recommend this class.

Comment:

The class is a joke, extremely easy, very little work, just do the one paper assigned, and media presentation, and show up for the weekly small groups with your mentor. However, the teacher is nice and funny, but was very disorganized, so showing up to class was a waste of time.

Tom Fox was such a great teacher, and he was also easy. He inspired me to pick English as my major, even though it was probably going to happen... still, a great man and a great teacher.
