Professor J. is hands down the best teacher I have ever had in my entire life, especially coming from someone who does not really enjoy school or classes he held the one class that I would always look forward going too. He is organized, communicates, and an overall an amazing teacher. I think every professor at IUP should take some notes from him.

Comment:

Incredibly engaged with the class, ensuring that everyone is on the same page with the content. Step by step learning processes makes it easier to understand Economics concepts. Overall a great professor who is very attentive to applying the concepts to our lives and how we can benefit from Economics, even as a non-Economics major.

Hate the class, but Im rating the professor, not the classwork. For some reason this class goes by so quickly, despite how boring the subject is! He makes it enjoyable. Material is hard but that varies between each person. He drops 3 lowest quizzes so you can absolutely bomb a quiz and not have to worry.

Be ready to take notes but when you walk out of the room you will know what everything means because he takes a big chunk of time to explain everything to the class and he gives a lot of little quizzes to make sure you understand the material.

He really take time out of his life to make sure his students are understanding what he is teaching. He interacts well with his students to ensure everything is being comprehended. I don't think he grades on attendance but if you skip you will not pass or even come close to passing. But it's not like you will dread going to class. He makes it fun!

Jim is amazing. Adding econ as a minor because of him. Gives amazing and enjoyable lectures, for a subject that's generally boring and hard to get engaged in. Explains things thoroughly and refreshes your memory on things from previous classes constantly. Wish he taught micro because I would take it with him

Dr. J is easily one of my favorite professors on this campus. He is definitely an easy A if you go to class. He is so easy going and kind. Just read the syllabus and follow it he gave 3 exams including the final, he gives a bonus assignment which helps too so do it.

Dr. Jozefowicz is easily one of my favorite professors at IUP. He's so funny and helpful. His exams are mostly based off his lectures and he always gives a review session before each exam and quiz. He answers emails right away and is always available for help.

Dr. Jozefowicz is one of the best professors I have ever had. His teaching style and the classroom environment he creates encourages questions, participation, and learning. If you have to take an Economics class, take Dr. Jozefowicz. ECON 356 is very difficult, you write an entire econometric research paper, but you will have all the help you need.

Never have I looked forward to going to class as much as I did this one. Dr. Jozefowicz is one of, if not the best, professor on IUP's campus. His teaching style is to the point and easy to follow and is a very approachable and kind person. His class inspired me to become an Economics major and I couldn't be more thankful.

Dr. Jozefowicz has been one of my favorite professors at IUP. He makes sure that everyone understands the material before he moves on and is very clear of his class expectations. Quizzes are weekly but very easy way to keep your grade up. He's very funny and makes class enjoyable. He's the reason i'm minoring in econ and Id recommend him to anyone

Dr. J really cares about the students. Make sure to try be there every class because he gives a lot of material but nothing too hard. He explains everything in great detail and even if you don't understand he's incredibly patient. There are weekly quizzes but three of the lowest are dropped and he tells you exactly what'll be on the quizzes.

One of my favorite professors at IUP. He gives examples from his life experiences and makes things easier to understand. His exams can be tricky, but come straight from the lectures. Book is only used for in class work (did not use the study guide). He is the reason I will be minoring in Economics. I am planning to take another class from him.
