Comment:

Best teacher I have ever had. Yes, he talks for the entire class about things you probably don't care about, but he gives a study guide that if you take the time to complete (and trust me it's EASY) will give you all the answers you need for the tests. And he's REALLY nice.

Quite possibly the worst professor at the whole college. Has no idea how to socialize and/or associate with people. It's amazing how he was hired to begin with. He makes his class seem easy, but don't be deceived. His lectures do not connect to anything he puts on his tests; thus, his lectures are 100% boring and pointless. Stay far, far away.

This guy is a moron, plain and simple. They should never have let him teach. His rants about the Greeks and his inability to socialize made him unbearable. I heard he lost his job, so you shouldn't have to worry. But, if you ever see his name next to a History class: DO NOT TAKE IT, it'll be the biggest mistake you've made as far as picking classes

He's a great guy, I felt bad because all the people in my class were jerks to him. He's a great guy and I really appreciate his dedication towards history. It is a straight up lecture but I recommend taking his class.

Great professor! Gives out study guides to let the students know what to expect and make sure you study it!! Isn't very energetic so don't take it at 8 a.m. Also, attendance is counted so come to class. The grades are based on 3 exams and 1 project.. so make sure you do your job and study!

i took him last semester and literally it was painful for me to get up in the morning and go sit in his class. half the class drops his lectures are awful and I would switch classes if you can he is the worst teacher i have ever had

Overall, a nice guy. Took a winter class so attendance was mandatory. The studyguides are a big help. Goes off topic sometimes but his stories are pretty funny. Nice guy. As long as you take notes, and go over the guide, you should do fine. Just needs to talk a little slower sometimes. * P.S. Don't stop being a nice guy, and keep your suspenders.

really nice guy, makes jokes all the time. you can tell he puts a lot of effort in to the class! tries to make it as fun as history can get. has a study guide so make sure you use the textbook for the answers! do the studyguide along with the readings and you'll do just fine with the class. overall great prof. has unique style of teaching.

I wrote a review after I finished his class a few years ago. I am now a senior at ESU. I am coming back just to stress how AWFUL I still think this guy is as a professor. Everytime I think of him, I think of Rain Man (his lectures sound just him). And I still think that EVERY single good review on here is from him or someone he put up to it.

He made me hate history even more than I did before 122. He needs to learn how to make his classes more exciting and interesting.. his voice WILL put you to sleep. You can afford to miss a couple of classes but not many. The good thing is that he gave us study guides for tests, and a book review that was easy.. but if you hate history, stay away.
