His class is like being in a study hall and listening to a podcast. He is clear in instruction, encourages students, offers extra credit, and is an easy grader. Use quotes in papers, analyze the texts. Dont really have to read, thorough lectures.

I took Prof Moore for THEO200 and it was the easiest A I've ever received. There's no attendance requirement and your grade is based off of 3 papers and a take home final. I quit going to class halfway through the semester and got an A on every paper. I only read when required for writing papers and I succeeded easily.

Professor Moore is so advanced in the art of theology that us mere mortals don't stand a chance fully understanding all he has to say in his lectures. This is how his classes work: he lectures to you, you listen in silence, you write 3 mediocre papers with a few quotes and get an A in the class. Easy A but super boring.

SO BORING. You are only allowed to miss two classes or you are at risk for an automatic failure. One great thing about his course is there are no exams, all papers. You have 3 papers, one mid term paper and a final paper. It was nice having papers instead of exams.

Class discussion is boring even for interesting topics he just doesn't make them fun. It's not a classical philosophy thing to destroy fun topics because I am a philosophy major, but he does a good job boring us to death. I got an A without buying or reading any of his books but for the essays you probably want a friend who owns the readings.

Moore is quite possibly the most boring man alive. He can't engage the class into discussion of the books and doesn't even attempt to try. This class was four hours a week of useless. On the other hand, if you want a class where you can do other homework and never read, take him, he's super easy.

His class was horrible to be in. So boring, he could not keep up a conversation if his life depended on it. The only time he gets people to talk was if we weren't talking about the books, but people's lives. It's more of a therapy session for people. But saying that, he's an easy grader.
