I think Pittard was a cool kind of professor, obviously knew his stuff as far as programming. I liked that he put us in groups for lab so when the time came to do individual assignments, we could sort of help each other out. He would always help if we had questions about our code, but if you're not programming savvy it'll still be challenging

It's amazing how vastly different his quality of teaching is from most of my other teachers. This guy is one of the best professors I have ever had. He audio records lectures, allows for a lot of flexibility, and is interesting and fun when he talks.

Very easy class. Lowest grade I got was a 96 with at most 1 hour of studying for a test. The class is interesting at some points and boring at others. Very basic intro class

His class got a little boring at times, but overall not bad at all. He's a great speaker and definitely knows his stuff, and he dumbs stuff down pretty well. Great teacher for Intro To Digital Media, and I have him for a lab instructor this semester, which I'm looking forward to. He's great!

No text,but highly recommend one for all the script languages you learn.Touched on many languages(HTML,css,xml,xsl,php,javascript,flex) HW can be rough if you don't know the code(text helps)quick change in languages you don't get a chance to learn it well enough before advancing on.Make sure lecture&lab are with him, will make it easier on student

Pretty cool teacher. Knows a lot about web design. Doesn't really care about attendance, barely takes attendance during lab. Mostly based on HW assignments which can be difficult if you aren't fluent in javascript, css, html, flex, etc. I learned a lot in this class.

i hate php and did not care about what he was lecturing about but i give him props for being enthused and always helpful, willing to assist. he gives you his IM so you can IM him anytime to ask questions. i would love to have him for a NON coding class b/c then i would like it more. he's a great guy though. funny too.

Production 1 is an easy and fun class. Pittard is awesome. Very friendly if you need anything ever, you can just IM him. he's very easy to deal with and knows that no one wants to hear the lectures so he zips through them and gives you lots of opportunity to get done the projects YOU want to do. cant wait to have him again.

This teacher is great. He is young, and knows his stuff, unlike alot of the DM staff at UCF. Projects are cool, like the Music Mash Ups. Be sure to study for first test, and also remember to do the listening part. Doesn't require a laptop, or comp. More DM classes should be like this one!

You actually learn in this class.Bryan def knows his info & is helpful in & out of class.Quizes are short answer/fill in the blank format.He's a fair grader, but you WILL need to study.Not a lot of hw but still somewhat time consuming.Overall,it was a pleasant class &I enjoyed learning new programs.
