I dont know what his problem is but he keeps yelling, if you ask him a question and he is being mad for some reason. And he burps some times, even during the exams he keep burping, and it is disgusting, I was gonna vomit. But other than yelling and burping he is a good teacher.

Dr. Rose is a very good teacher and he seems to like his students and his job. The class, however, is not a walk in the park. His tests are difficult so do not skip over the lab assignments because even though they aren't graded they will help you out on the tests.

He is willing to help as long as you try. He tends to speak loud but once you realize he isn't doing it to be mean,you get over that. Sweet man though. I suggest asking classes in lab instead of lecture though because he thinks you can't hear him and he yells, but in lab he doesnt yell.

Extremely easy if you attend the lecture. All the lab quizzes will be covered in the lecture right before you take them. Gives a couple give-mes. Very, very easy class. Requires hardly any time

Ok, Dr. Rose is a good teacher. I had never taken any type of programming before his class and he is VERY thorough with his lessons, but if you still don't get it, you can go up to his office (just make sure you have a good question. And plan to do your programs when he's in his office. He'll help ya out if ya get stuck.

First of all, programming takes as much work as some 4 credit hour classes. It is not hard, but you have to understand it from the beginning to do well. Everything builds off the basics in this course. Rose is very helpful as long as he sees you're putting forth the effort(staying for lab). A hint: use your calculator to check accuracy of programs.

This guy must have a hearing problem. Seems to just start yelling sometimes all the sudden when giving lectures or explaining something in lab. Frightening but after awhile it was just hilarious. Not a very nice person. Acts like you are an idiot but still takes the time to explain stuff... Definately ****...favors women. I didn't enjoymyself

Dr. Rose is a very loud man, and he believes his students are stupid. He is very picky when grading programs, very rarely will he not find some small thing to count off for, such as printing landscape instead of protrait(even though last program he told us to print landscape)

He is an awful teacher. He doesn't know graphics at all. He can't teach and he isn't clear when he speaks. In tone of voice is wierd, like a possible answer to a question could be: You draw THE LINE to the LINE! One word is quiet and the next is loud. Tough on grading too. Very picky. But both graphics teachers suck so its a lose-lose situation.

Nice guy. Drawings are EASY! AutoCAD is ok as long as you go to lecture and pay attention! He explains everything you have to do. Very willing to answer any questions you may have.

My favorite class at ttu. Go to class and take notes, he tells you everything you have to do exactly. He talks like everyone says; I dont think that's bad. Its the easiest engr class Ive had by far, and am positive Ill make an A. If you think hes hard, change majors, it doesnt get easier than this.
