ELI Course. Towards the end class starts getting hard. Had to read the book extensively. Exams are a detailed and really require good knowledge of material. By the end of the class my entire textbook was highlighted!. But Professor was willing to give me extension due to my circumstances. Answers emails in a few days, genrally respionsive.

If you're wanting a short class, then he's the teacher for you. You honestly won't learn anything. You leave the class thinking "WTF?" You have quizzes every other week and a test based on those quizzes. You have to learn on your own to pass them. I retook Econ with K.Quach & I can recommend him to everyone who is an ECON major or not.

I wouldn't suggest this professor if your taking ELI courses, not very helpful, and it takes a while for him to respond to emails.

Almost near the end of the Spring semester and I've already registered for this class for the summertime with Dr. Jay. Everyone who rates this person highly is someone just trying to get by. If you are interested in learning DO NOT TAKE HIM. Has no interest or passion to teach. Might as well make this an ELI course.

His classes are short, and he lets you leave early, doesn't use class time very effectively. Will teach on one tiny section in the book then quiz you on the whole chapter. Just about a quiz every class.

Not going to hold your hand. If you read the book and listen during the 15 minutes of lecture, you should get an A. Sometimes it was hard. It will not take a lot of your time though!

Actually, a pretty easy class as long as you stay ahead of the game. Class only last 30 minutes...shorter if we're going over a test. The key to success is being prepared and not taking him too seriously. He's a very chill guy...all the people who didn't like him were most likely sleeping in class.

By far the EASIEST class I ever had in college. Because of him, the words "peanut butter" are forever engraved in my mind when I think of Eco, but that's ok. His classes only last 30 minutes at the MOST! You will be hardpress to find another professor who will end class so early. An easy "A" or "B" class depending on how smart you are.

He didn't work on Tuesdays and Thursdays which was ridiculous. Also, a normal working week is 40 hours. His working schedule is MWF 7:30-9:00 (1.5 hours) and 11:50-12:50 (25 minutes) which is 295 minutes which is around 4 hours/week. I say,is he truly an economist??

Not a bad teacher, he's ok, you really have to work for your grades, but if you spend around 1 hour a week studying for his class you'll pass.

great teacher, very easy, draws a lot of graphs on the board. You really have to read ahead of time and prepare yourself with questions from the back of the chapter.

Great teacher. Stays after class if questions are needed constantly. He can clear things up, but must ask the question so that he understands what you are thinking. He's so deep in economics he doesn't think normally. Lots of little quizes better than many huge tests. Tests based on Quizes.BEST
