If you have your last honors class (UH 4000) to take this is your guy. Doesn't teach every term but this class was best decision ever. TAKE HIM IF YOU CAN. One paper and one group presentation so take with people you know in honors program if you'd like. No tests, no homework assignment, no quizzes, no attendance. Come to class and get to know him!

Best class ever! Dr. Sayer really has an interest for what he teaches, and it clearly shows. I personally don't care for American history, but he made it fun and the assignments are very straight-forward and reasonable. Wonderful professor!

I loved the class. The only reason I didn't do as well as I could was because work didn't leave me much time to study. He is a fun professor and his lectures are a lot of fun. Make sure that you attend class and look over your notes and you will do fine.

One word: HILARIOUS!! I loved this class and I loved him. This was the perfect class to take at 8:30 in the morning because there was never a dull moment. Only 2 exams, and majority of it came from your notes. Easy A or B!

Easy teacher-lecture once a week for an hour and he usually lets you out early. Only one test/final -rest of grades are your speeches you have to give during labs. Easy class, speeches are not hard, and they do not grade you hard at all.

This professor is hilarious! Keeps you laughing in class. The lab is challenging however. Julie is the best TA. Always do your speech outlines or else you will automatically fail the class. Speeches take a lot of preparation to get A's on, but they're worth it! Otherwise, it's a breeze. Fun, fun, fun.

:) This class was soo easy, it was like I wasn't even taking a fourth class. If you get A's and B's on all of your presentations, you'll only need like a 50% or 60% on the final to get an A in the class- and the final isn't even hard.

Labs are a killer if you are bad at speech delivery--they're pretty much your whole grade. Sayer is really a joy to listen to, although the material is BORING. Put your effort into your presentations, and you'll pass.
