Extremely kind man and a great person, but an incredibly harsh grader. You read a lot in his class and he gives unexpected pop quizzes on the reading, so you have to keep up.

JT is a great teacher. He is funny and enthusiastic and makes his lectures fun. He is a tough grader, but gives lots of feedback on tests and essays, and will let you revise an essay for a better grade, and throws out bonus point assignments here and there. Awesome teacher.

Yea, I'll dig Mr. T. Great guy; yes initially gruff, but who cares? He gives to and takes interest in his students and his material no matter his daily issues. Decent human overall. I can't imagine a more straightforward professor. He's just here to dish out a quality education if you're interested in taking one in for the money you spend. -AF

This class was great. Instruction is right to the point, no fluff. You break down alot of interesting literary works. Jim is hilarious, knows his topics inside and out, is available for help, and is a genuinly good guy. Please, if he asks you if you know a song, say No, just so that he'll sing it.

An okay professor.Reading assignments were redicuously long, but his tests are pretty easy. Class was usually boring but sometimes his weird ass will get riled up and the classroom turns into an adventure...very interesting man, but I didnt learn much

Prof. Tackach cares so much about his students and wants to be sure they get the best education possible. He seems dry and boring at first, but once you get to know him you realize how hilarious he is and how much he cares about his students.
