Mr.VandeMark has helped me so much over the past few months, maybe he doesn't do a ton of orchestra work, but can't we do that on our own guys? It's not that hard. If he is not demanding, it is because there is no potential for the student to do any better, at least, if I was a teacher, I wouldn't bother with a student that is not trying and good.
