Zimmer is a very intelligent man, I will admit that, but he didn't care at all about his class and even less bout his students. I had no problems passing any classes while there but his constant berating of me and my classmates for minor issues was insufferable. Of course, I had him before he got married and I've heard he's better now. I hope so.

Great class, but a lot of reading and writing involved. If you don't keep up, you'll automatically fail. Professor is a tad unprofessional at times, but knows the information well. Also very harsh on new students who are taking the class for the first time, don't take anything personal; you'll learn the hard way!

Zimmer is awesome! I really learned alot from his class... alot of people this he's hard but his level of difficulty is necessary for the course content. If people can't handle his class they have no business being an LVT.

Alright listen up. Dr. Zimmer is a damn good teacher. He teaches in a way most people dont, through application of prinicpal rather than by memorization. Yeah its hard, but you'll be a damn better technician when he's finished. So suck it up, study, and for gods sake if you need help then ask!

His class is tough but you will know your medications! More teachers in the vet sci program who have the nerve to call themselves a LVT should take some teaching lessons from a pro.
