Comment:
If you want a book report-style class where you just memorize and regurgitate info from the readings, this class is for you. If you want a professor who has every excuse in the book not to grade things despite having 2 TAs, this is also your kind of class. Still don't know my final grade, and the term has been over for 10 days. Take another prof!

Prenkert knows his stuff and is responsive to questions. He does a good job with lectures. My biggest issues with him were the material density, significant number of deliverables (11 deliverables in 6 weeks) and the lag in grading them. The next term started before he graded 5 deliverables. Little chance to course correct if required.

Comment:
Prof Prenkert does a great job lecturing and explaining such a large amount of material. The class was very dense with readings and online lectures for every class but he gave you everything you needed to know. Very interactive with students throughout class and happy to help anyone. Put in the time, and you will learn SO MUCH from this class.

Comment:
Prof. Prenket is not a bad professor. He doesn't have a high potential point total which makes it hard to do well. His only test is the final , and he requires a lot of study/reading time to do well. It's not the hardest class but you don't have a lot of room for mistakes. I would take it with another teach if i could

Really nice guy. Learns everyone by name pretty quickly and shows genuine interest in his students leaving the class with some sort of practical knowledge. He has good focus on what is really important and offers a variety of assignments to balance his grading.

Professor Prenkert is a class act. By far he is one of the fairest professors you will find in the business school. He grades you on what a student could reasonably be expected to attain not ridiculous standards. This class still has substantial work but you can tell he really cares about his students and wants them to both learn and succeed.

One of the best professors I've ever had. He has great experience in law and really knows his stuff. His tests are only hard if you pay no attention and tests only made up 40% of my grade.

He's ok, but his exam question is a bit difficult. The good thing about him, is that he is a very nice guy once you've showed some effort to learn.

Overall, he is not a bad teacher. Business law can be a very interesting subject if you just read over the notes/in class stuff that he gives you plus keep up with the readings.

Tests are impossible and do not cover important material. other than tests the class is ok except that lecture is severely boring. Take a different teacher they are all easier.
