Professor Wright is obviously smart but shes not good at relaying information. She gets somewhat frustrated if you dont understand what shes teaching right away; so naturally if youre learning diasabled - dont take any of her classes.

Prof. Wright is so far one of my favorite teachers. She's very clear and upfront with how she grades, test dates, and what you're going to cover. Spends plenty of time doing examples and can also reach her during office hours. Tough grader but will drop a low test grade. Highly recommend taking her calculus courses and honors.

Overall, really great professor. She uses candy to help understand certain topics better (and it actually helps). She is a tough grader, and will take points off if you round incorrectly, or if you don't use the precise wording she uses, but lets you bring an index card of info to every test and drops your lowest test grade.

con: goes through slides fast, teaches fast, some may think her personality is difficult pros: one dropped test, grades Honors assignments lightly, keeps us informed on campus events. overall: Despite the pros, I would not recommend because there is simply not enough time in one's day to have to relearn the material that was "taught" in class.

I think she is a great professor but she flies through the slides in class. Online HW (mystatslab), Honors HW (if you're an honors student), and if you do well on all the exams, you do not need to take the final :)

She lets you use an index card for every test and a whole sheet of paper front and back for final. Drops 1 test. Final is optional if you do well on all tests. Always available in office hours to help. A lot of online homework due every week but also a lot of online extra credit available. Super nice and such a reasonable and quality teacher.

She will give out candy to use as data for practice questions. Her tests are straightforward, she lets you know what's going to be on it and sometimes will give hints. She allows a 3x5 index card to be used on ALL exams. She's a great prof with a sense of humor and you can tell that she cares about her students. I would definitely recommend taking.

Very very sweet woman. She definitely cares about her students and wants everyone to do well. But her PowerPoints and notes have so much information in them and she goes through it all so quickly. I had trouble keeping up with the work. I had to drop the class.

Such a wonderful lady! She makes statistics easy. All her homework is online and has assignments due weekly. She posts grades on blackboard almost immediately. The textbook is also online use. She lets you use an index card on every test and the final exam is even optional! She is always available outside of class and sets you up to get an easy A.

Professor Wright made the class clear, assigned online HW that ended up being very helpful, easy to use, and easy to follow, and grades to help you, not to hurt you. On top of that, she is a complete sweetheart and truly cares for her students. You can tell she enjoys her job, and her office hours are helpful too. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jane, although not always best at actually getting lessons through to students, made it easy to do well in her class. With help from the online hw, cheat sheets on tests, and group projects passing her class is easy as long as you put in the effort. On top of that her kind heart and quirkiness gave the classroom a lighthearted atmosphere.

She is absolutely unbearable as goes about treating her college class like middle schoolers. Sure, she's nice and means well, but Jesus Christ, prepare to fantasize about ending it all just to make her wretched voice stop. As far as her teaching style, it's just as awful; quick slides, little explanation. On the bright side the class is a joke.

Professor Wright is a total sweetheart. She did her best to make Statistics easy, but it's statistics. All the homework is online, and on exams she allows you to use a 3x5 index card with anything you want one it. That card was my saving grace. I could put formulas, and little cheats on the card. I expected to get a C in this class, but got a B+.

Do the online homework! It will save your life. Notes? Don't bother, doesn't give you enough time to copy them down. She will write what she wants you to know on the board, but that doesn't happen often. Tests are multiple choice, except #3. I find it easier to teach myself with the online hw than in class. Final:optional if you want lowest dropped

Took Prof. Wright for MAT 141 and MAT 103. Great professor and is very smart. She is always there for you if you need any help. She gives a lot of work in her classes but it is manageable. You are also able to drop the lowest grade in the class whether it be your HW grade, a bad test grade, or the final. Overall would take again.
