Her online class is organized well with assignment due dates. Her case studies take a couple hours each if you want to do well on them. Her tests would be hard, but I suggest taking them with a group of people and the tests are not lock down browser to make them easier. Make sure you get your clearances for this class!!

I absolutely love Dr. Penman. She is one of the smartest professors I know. Her feedback is incredible! She is a tough grader and the material is intense, but you arent in this major for an easy A. If you study, youll do FINE! I literally finished my final in 20 minutes (125 questions) and got a 99%. She also gets back to you quickly!! Take her!

Anyone who rated Dr. Penman poorly did not pay attention in class. I can't speak for online courses, but in person she was the greatest! She knew her stuff and was always available to explain things. She let us turn in our papers multiple times before the due date for feedback. Tests are hard but you WILL learn a lot. Loved this course.

Dr. Penman is a tough cookie, but she is an extremely intelligent lady. Her class is hard and the material isn't the easiest. She was however very willing to help with any questions I had. Go to class and take notes! Her tests are very hard and are real life scenarios! Overall hard class but learned so much!

I took this class over the summer. It was fast-paced, but very interesting. Her ppts are really lengthy and the tests & quizzes are hard, use your textbook and notes!!! Dr. Penman is always willing to help students that put in the effort, luckily I know her on a personal level too (she's my advisor). Don't be afraid to ask for help!!!

Awful professor! She makes her courses very hard. Powerpoints aren't helpful. When you go to her for help she answers your question but gives you this look and tone of voice saying that you should've known this. Do not take her online!

Well good luck. She gives no advise to students that are struggling, very uncaring. Power points are useless for tests, so throw those away. Test are way to hard average score of whole call is normally a c on tests.

She is the worst professor ever! She gives so much busy work that is so stupid! Her grading is ridiculous and doesn't make sense most of the time! The tests are impossible and are like word for word from the book so read well!

Dr. Penman is a very nice person. But as a professor she is the worst. She is not helpful, and her tests are impossible! Even if you're doing poorly in her class she won't give you extra credit.

Dr. Penman can be intimidating at times, but she knows what she is talking about. Though she is tough, she is also very helpful. If you need help with anything she is more than willing to help you, but she also expects you to do your part too. Not an easy "A" her clases are worth it.

Dr. Penman is an excellent professor! She expects alot and gives hard tests but is very helpful. The projects are very intensive and demanind but she is fair and willing to work with you if you have a problem with your grade. I have learned so much from her during the last two semesters. :)

You better pray to god that you are one of the students she likes! otherwise you will be going to hell everytime you go to class! She treats some students like royalty and others like they are dirt under her feet...and even 3 semesters after I took it she still gives me evil looks when she sees me...

i had her for emotional support. she's a tough teacher, but i got a lot out of the class. my observation hours for this course gave me valuable insight and i wouldn't exchange it for anything.
