Took this class online. Powerpoints and study guides were No help at all. Her extra credit videos might as well write a book about it and make sure your grammar is correct otherwise you dont get the point. If u get a C- be happy. This prof is horrible.

As a person she is amazing, I won't deny she cares about her students. But her teaching styles a lot to be desired she goes off topic more often then not, the power points in her lifespan class Don't help. Your better off using the textbook. I would take Lifespan with another professor or online.

Dr. Ward is an amazing woman. She is a stickler, but wants the best of her students. Writing style is very important. She helped me improve my writing and the way I think about things. Forensic had tests, while Criminal Profiling was all projects. Great classes, learned a lot from her. I loved her. Do your work, have it checked. Do your best.

She si tough grader! She give crazy hard tests and she is not helpful at all.... studdy guide is worthless!!! Her teaching style is horrible , she doesn't explain anything... do not take her!

She may be great for higher level psych classes, but for lifespan, it's no where near easy sailing. She tends to veer off topic a lot and her study guides don't help at all. Almost no one gets an A, and if you do, even she's surprised. Not the best professor for intro courses.

Dr. Ward was my life during my senior year. She was my honors thesis advisor, as well as my prof for tons of other classes. I loved the woman. She is tough but fair, and really wants you to succeed. Her tests are tough, but so is the real world. She's fabulous!

Her tests are quite challenging but if you read the book and pay attention to the things she stresses in class youll be fine! Shes great at explaining things and has great examples to go along with things! ANother amazing psych professor.
