Prof. Marler is freaking awesome. She has the entire course in group assignments and assigns you teammates based on a personality test you take at the start of the class. She is a lovely person and great prof. She lets you drop your worst test grade and worst assignment. Just skim the text book for key words for the test, it's a chill class.

She is very interactive with the way she approaches the course. She gives plenty of reading assignments to do before each class, but as long as you stay on top of them and participate in the group activities you'll be fine. She also sometimes brings in treats for class! Would take again!

Great professor! Makes a great effort to encourage students to learn and understand the material. I will miss her class. She gives a lot a leeway wih your grade by letting you drop low grades. I completely recommend her.

NO tests and a few papers (one about your experiences, another about an influential person, etc.), class overall isn't bad at all. She's an extremely nice professor! Only thing I don't like is her use of clickers, but the clicker questions are mostly opinion based.

I loved this class. There aren't tests and all the papers were on us as individuals and personality based. In addition to learning about yourself, you need to present a presentation on a person of your choice. People did coco chanel, jay-z, kanye. Marler is nice and loves doing research. The book is for discussion and hw assignments.

I like Professor Marler, she is interesting to talk to and has a presence. She knows how to make a test that will bring you to your knees though. You know the kind you think you did great on, only to discover you did horribly and your heart sinks to your feet? Get ready for that.

Marler is a kind and intelligent professor. She does go off on random tangents..The key to an A is to not only demonstrate an understanding of concept, but also to (more importantly) to speak in HR terminology.

THIS PROFESSOR WAS AWFUL, SHE WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE ALL SEMESTER. SHE KEPT CHANGING HER MINDS ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENTS ADN THE PASS/FAIL GRADING IS AWFUL IN A 400 LEVEL COURSE. TO GET AN A YOU HAVE TO BASICALLY WRITE A BOOK IT SEEMS. I GOT AN A- BY WORKING MY BUT OFF TO WRITE 30 PAGE PAPERS, BUT I CANNOT GET AN A WITHOUT WRITING ANOTHER PAPER UGH!!!

This is one of the worst classes I have ever taken. She's extremely vague about her expectations, and in a non-writing intensive course she assigned about 30 pages of writing within the first month. She's all over the place with what she assigns, and a pass/fail grading system in a 400 level business school course is extremely unfair.

I enjoyed this class and think that it is very practical. I learned about writing executive reports, requests for proposal, developing a high level presentation for a vendor selection project, and working in a team. She was very helpful.

Completely useless in every way. Very unfair grader. Biased grades given to people who don't deserve them. Unresponsive to students needs. Used very inappropriate/offensive words at times in class.
