best prof I've ever heard. WANTS her students to succeed. went to every class, didn't read the textbook and got an 80 in the class. All you need to do is listen and take notes, she'll emphasize what's important. hope to have this prof again in the future.

Janine Clark is the best professor I've had at UofG. She's extremely engaging in lecture and the assignments/midterm challenge you to think critically. She's very helpful both after/before class and in office hours. I would take any course that she teaches! The textbook was very helpful for assignments but you don't really need it for the midterm.

Janine is a great prof! She cares about her students and gives incredible lectures. She makes the material fun and enjoyable and engages the class throughout the lecture. She gave a 3% bonus grade for students that attended every lecture. It may not seem like much, but it really helps boost your overall grade. I would take another with her any day

Her lectures are very dense, and the material is incredibly bland. She overloads her slides with information and its honestly hard to keep up sometimes because she speaks too fast. That being said, her MC midterms were done through tophat and she gave you the essay midterm questions in advance so you could prepare. Fair prof overall, just boring.

Throughout the year we had 2 midterms, each worth 30%. They were just 1 essay question which may seem intimidating, but was decently easy given the fact POLS2200 is majorly philosophically based and therefore you could ramble on and get at least a 70. I don't like how she doesn't assign a paper.. and did not tell us how many M/C would be on final

Great professor, teaches well and has a lot of information to teach although don't think this is a bird course, you'll have to put in work to get good marks her and the TAs aren't the easiest markers but it is one awesome course

Very unclear grading criteria. The subjectivity in the assignments almost make it impossible to score a mark that isn't mid range (70-78%). She provides very little rationale behind her grading decisions. Very overrated in my opinion.

Best lecturer I've had so far! Put up great lecture slides (very detailed) so you could actually focus on what she is saying and class discussions rather than scrambling to write everything down. GREAT at explaining concepts - very clear cut. Expects high quality written work but that's understandable. 1010 would recommend.

Prof Clark is a great instructor. She always lends herself to help students. She was the only one who allowed me to write my midterm on an alternate date since I had 3 consecutive tests that day. I would strongly recommend her.

One of the most fantastic women I've ever worked with. She's done everything in her power to assist me academically, and encourage me. She is accommodating in both practice and attitude, and always lets you know you are capable if you put forth effort. And besides...who else can pull off blue fish nets and secret meetings with Hezbolah!

This is my second time around with her. She is definitly one of my favourite profs. If you are a 'lectures' kind of person as opose to someone who learns from a textbook better then you may not enjoy her courses so much. An incredible prof - once I took one of her classes I had to take them all. She brought life to the academic side of univerity for me, and really cared about my progress. A very talented lecturer too. If you know what's good for you, you'll take as many of her classes as possible.

She is a damn fine lecteur. I would have taken more courses with her if her specialization was what I was interested in. Definitely has passion for teaching and wanting stuents do well! I find her to be quite hot and sexy too!
