Comment:

Jannie's early class encouraged me to get up in the morning! She's kind, considerate, and loves to engage the class in discussion. While she was lenient with attendance, I recommend going to class. You'll get so much more out of it if you do. Write lots and pare down, write early, and make use of her help BEFORE the paper is due. Excellent prof!

Jannie is an extremely nice person, who loves writing. She is selective in the pieces of writing/poetry that she likes, so you have to try and cater to her tastes. She is flexible on deadlines and gives out fun hoemwork assignments.

I found Jannie very very vauge and I had alot of trouble following her. She went from topic to topic, speaking in her own little world. While she tried to be helpfull and available it was not enough. Oh, and write what she tells you. Dissagree = fail

Well I thought I disliked Janni at first but she at least lets you have your own ideas. She is very knowledgeable. She was helpful in correcting bad essays and at least gave the oppurtunity to do so. It was a fun class with alot of input from everyone. Projects allowed me to learn differentthings.

Jannie is the worst teacher I have ever had. She never tells you what she wants on an assignment and docks you marks when you aren't on her thought track. Would not tell anyone to take her class. SWITCH OUT!!!

Jannie is a very challenging teacher, and though we tend to clash heads, I enjoy her reviews of my work. Her insight makes me work harder for myself&for my writing. Once people get past her tough grading, they will see that she is a wonderful person&prof.
