I really liked Jasper, he was engaging and very intelligent. He was definetly a hard grader and demanded a lot out of my class. I actually miss him a lot (he was my advisor), and would have possibly taken more english classes with him. He was definetly an amazing writer and had a way with language that was really cool. He was also genuinely helpful and really took an interest in his students

Jasper is a good professor but a bit too into what he has to say. Doesn't really seem to pay attention to what I have to say when I comment in class. He just kind of looks off into the distance. He is smart, but somewhat pretentious.

Cool guy- a little weird at first, but he is really engaging and knows his stuff. Very intelligent and extremely articulate with a good sense of humor. Grading is hard, but he puts alot of thought into his critiques and is very fair.

I wasn't sure what to make of him at first, and I agree that he's quite opinionated and blunt. When we had heated discussions, I would have preferred it if he didn't butt in all the time. I didn't like all of his choice of texts, but I guess that's normal.

He's funny and engaging and definitely knows his stuff. Although he says he doesn't give A's, he does if you're good enough. He's always willing to help, although he's somewhat intimidating.It's obvious that he loves what he does. Just take his class!
