Don't buy the book. Took class from 6:30-9:20 and never had it for over an hour. You would be hard pressed to not get a B in this class if you have a basic understanding of math.

I read reviews before taking this class and I thought that it would be an easy class because he has some answers in bold. He basically trains you to choose the answers in bold then for the exam switches it up on you. He is impossible to understand and I do no recommend this class to anyone...ever

This guy is like a sick puppy you just want to hug.Half the time I don't think he knows where he is. His class is very easy but you learn almost nothing. It sucks that I had to pay for three credits to do nothing but at least I'm leaving with an A.

This guy should not be teaching anymore. I feel bad for him. Do not even bother buying the book because you will not use it. He gives you all the answers to the homework and the tests are ridiculously easy. Easy A in my opinion.

Good Teacher. Forget the book it's useless. Exams question comes from homework and study guide. Also the Review is basically the exam with questions thrown in. Gives out bonus points for attendance. Overall Easy A...Enjoy!

Its sort of a sad situation, I don't think he knows whats going on. He obviously had a stroke and is very slow in everything he does. I also think that hes on some sort of medication that slightly dilutes reality. He says things every class period that are just plain wrong, and some students mess with him. Its a pitifully easy class.

Ok here's the deal, if you like classes that are just plain easy this guy is perfect. If you want to actually learn something stay away. Jayanta is the definition of an easy professor. He does the homework for you in class all you have to do is rewrite it on the other side of the paper. He goes over all of the exams prior to taking them, Easy Class

1st of all, this person should not be teaching at a school like CMU, he is useless. He is always late to class (disability), it is impossible to understand what he is saying. Granted this class is easy, but do not take him if you are wanting to learn something. I could go on, but I won't.

One of the best teachers ever. He is very smart, and wants students to do well. You have 1 project to do no homework outside of class. Never opened the book dont buy it, he gives study guides.

Took him for this off-campus MGT312 to avoid Anita Gorham. The professor is closed minded and opinionated, so keep your opinions to yourself. Lectures and book are useless. He hands out study guides with samples questions for each test, which turn out to be the test questions with a few changes. Study the samples & you're gold.

Hard to understand. Seemed lost at times. Final exam covered areas he did not cover. Friendly little disoriented, probably much better teacher before his stroke, add accent to that and I was lost at times. Good part, none of those stupid group projects, hate those. His motto, teacher is never wrong.

Bandyo tries reall hard, but the lectures are almost impossible to sit through. He gives you handouts and then the same thing on powerpoint, so no notes. Test are easy if you come to class, especially the day before...he gives you "sample questions." He is a sweet guy, and you can't help but love him. Bonus points always available

All you do is watch movies and go over the powerpoints that come with the book. You can talk this professor into anything, but his tests are mostly from the book and somewhat from class notes. Don't take this class if you are seriously interested in learning about management. Take this class if you don't want to be in class long or work hard.
