Phenomenal teacher. Going back to school after a full career in the military, I fully expected to hate taking biology. This class was interesting and fun. I am in my second year, and Jeff is definitely the best teacher I have had so far at Lake Land.

Jeff is amazing! Very funny and sweet guy. Although the course is a nightmare, he at least made it seen decent. Future students please please please study! Make flash cards and study for at least 15 minutes every night.

Yes, as the others have said "know your notes" but that is all you need to learn the subject and make the grade. Lectures are great and he even takes the time to make sure you have it down and understand it. A couple of assignments but your only real homework is to know your notes.

Mr. White was a good teacher! We wrote notes practically every class (truly wasn't that bad because he showed pictures and videos) and the labs were fun. The tests are a breeze as long as you, "Know your notes" (quote Mr. White.) He gives good lectures and knows the class material well. He also gives extra credit.

Jeff White is the best science teacher I have ever had. He blends his personal passion for the classes he teaches with his easy going sense of humor. Anyone worried about taking boring science classes should consider his classes.

White is an awesome teacher. He makes the dry material more interesting and has an awesome sense of humor. He is always willing to help and makes sure that everyone is on the same page. But since biology is all rope memorization you should be fine taking his tests.

First Professor I had, so nice and really cares about his students. Makes sure that things are clear and everyone understands what is going on in class. Tests are difficult but they get easier as you go along in the semester. So study hard in the beginning! If you have to take a bio class take it with him. So sweet and one of my favorite professors

Mr. White was the first professor I had at LLC. He cares about all of his students and is more of a friend than professor. His lectures are very interesting and funny. He goes out of his way to learn every students name and is by far the best teacher I have ever had. Even now that I am out of his class he will stop and talk and is there to help!!!!

I showed up daily just to stare at him. His cheesy smile gets me every time. Great prof. He cares about his students inside and outside of the class. He makes himself available, so he can help you whenever. He will go out of his way to make sure you understand. He's very passionate about his work, and he is rather humorous. I highly recommend him.
