Comment:

Honchell was one of my favorite professors throughout college. He is always willing to take the time to help students if they put forth the effort. He does not give out grades; he makes you earn them. Honchell is hilarious and very well educated. I would highly recommend any to take his classes even if they are not required for your major.

This professor is extremely old so he has attained tenure and does not care about anything else. He shows up to lecture and gives a poor explanation of topics as if it is super easy; however, the topics are difficult. He is lazy and could not care any less about how his students do. Worst professor I have ever had.

Clickers are used for attendance, it isn't "required" but you won't get points if you don't go. He's good at explaining things, bt only one way. If he can't explain something to you after his first try and his own methods, you'll have to go to a library or something to learn it on your own. I did like how things were in groups to learn from peers.

Honchell knows his stuff. Very clear on what his expectations are of his students. Helpful in office hours and he has not canceled a class all semester. Expects a lot out of his students. He makes the content in this class seem very easy with his teaching method and lab applications.

He literally did not show up for a month to lecture. After that he had his TA doing his lectures for him. We've taken 2 exams and a lab practical, we're 1 week from the final and we've yet to recieve any of those scores.

This professor, if you want to call him that, is TERRIBLE. Not only does he not care if you learn the material or not, he is verbally abusive to students that ask questions (especially in lab). If you have this guy, I would transfer sections IMMEDIATELY if possible.
