Professor Winters is very well versed in his field and a fantastic teacher. His 'Politics of Human Rights' course is highly recommended to anyone with interest in the subject or poly sci or history majors in general. Also a very accommodating prof and all-around nice guy. This was not the easiest class I have taken but I learned a lot. Thanks!
