Professor Martin is great! She is very helpful and entertaining. Tests are HARD, no matter how much you study! Final project is A LOT of work, so start the minute you get the assignment. Overall good class but more for the conceptual math person.

Prof. Martin is one cool chica. She's very helpful and entertaining. Tests are so-so, you really need to focus more on the concepts rather than doing the math problems. Very good about showing you why you need stats rather than just being there to get a paycheck.

My fav teacher by far, am already using what she taught me in stats as an undergrad....remember folks, you don't sit around and use formulas and do math with your calculator in the real world! You actually have to think!

If you think she's hard, then drop it early in the semester cuz there is practically a waiting list for people to jump in her class. Someone literally offered me money to drop her class so they could sign in. One of the nicest, most helpful teachers I've had here. I've taken her for 3 classes, and will again in the spring.

Martin is a great teacher. She tells you things in english, not stat-speak. She gives you a handout of formula for the test and her tests are not hard at all. About 2 hours of study per test and I got an A. She relates things to life and you can understand her, also she is pretty cute!
