Excellent teacher, had no trouble understanding her. Is brilliant and makes her areas of expertise accessible to all students, if they bother to try and participate. Challenges students to learn to really read lit - this is probably why so many have complained.

I had Dr. Wang years ago as a grad student. She facilitated and shared her research more than lectured, which is what good professors do. She was more than willing to work with students and promoted ownership and autonomy. Isn't it funny that people give poor ratings to non-native profs, when it's really a matter of caring enough to listen. Thanks.
